The location is convenient, close to everything, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. There’s free food and good coffee, even matcha, plus free laundry service. They’ll even bring your laundry up to your room when it’s done, which is top-notch service. I also appreciated that when I forgot my seeing glasses, they emailed to say they’d found them and I could pick them up anytime. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the beds are extra comfortable. They’re a little dated and show some wear over the years, so could use a revamp. Sound insulation isn’t great either.

The staff are warm and quick to respond, and the price is very decent given the extras like coffee makers, snacks, and laundry. Rooms are comfortable and straightforward, with good internet, which I really appreciate, plus a heated toilet seat and automatic spray. I had extremely pleasant stays at CityInn outlets in Taipei and Taichung. I usually choose CityInn unless I’m after a more luxurious 5-6 star hotel feel.

The lounge made a big difference for me. I loved having drinks and snacks there, and the instant noodles were a great option too. The staff were friendly and kept checking what we needed, from ideas on where to go and eat to the quickest way to get there. Our room was clean and nicely decorated, and getting to Taipei Main Station was easy. I had a great stay.

The free washer and dryer on site are a big plus, though a medium load took about 2 hours to dry, so plan around that. There’s complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby, plus daytime snacks and cup noodles after 2230h. The hotel can arrange airport pick-up and drop-off around the clock for a reasonable price, but you need to book a day ahead. This review is for Branch II. Branch III is right next door, while Branch I is an older location about a 10-minute walk away and farther from TP Main Station. I’d choose Branch II or III. They’re close to TP main station, the bus station and a large mall, with a few night markets within walking distance. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were helpful and polite. My one issue was the very cold air conditioning, even after I adjusted the thermostat myself.

The room was on the small side, but very clean. Staff were friendly, and I liked having free laundry and a mini bar on the ground floor. Taipei main station is within walking distance.
