I found a good promotion and got a whole apartment for one night, at a price lower than most hotels charge for a tiny room. It was clean and comfortable, and the location was good. The apartment was in a separate place, 5min walk from the main reception. I left my charger in the room and wrote to reception right away. After a few emails, they stopped replying. Then, 3 weeks later, they called to say they’d found it.

The mattress, pillows, and blankets were infested with bed bugs. I woke up with bites on my scalp that were itchy and swollen. I asked for a full refund, but still paid for the first night and cancellation fees. If the affordable price and convenient location appeal to you, be aware of the hygiene trade offs. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who wants a clean bed.

After staying 6 days, I regret the money I paid. Our room went uncleaned for 3 days. When I went to reception to ask about it, the receptionist gave me a bad attitude. I don’t know why. We used a card to enter the hotel, but were still asked very rudely, "Who are you?" If we weren’t guests, how would we have gotten in? They could have asked more politely. The wifi on the 5th floor didn’t work.
