Parkview Taipei

I've stayed at three hotels in Taipei, and this was easily my favorite. It was affordable, with a clean, modern room that was well lit, carpet-free, and had a balcony. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the complimentary wine for my birthday was a lovely touch. The room itself was very clean too. I adore the Malin Goetz products, though they should add body lotion. The minibar was complimentary and refilled as needed. My only critique is that a dedicated concierge would help. The staff were helpful, but I needed assistance that I think a concierge would know more about. I'd definitely stay here again if I make it back to Taipei.

Staff were always quick to respond and helpful, and the rooms were clean and seriously spacious. We loved the toilet, too. The hotel was far enough from the tourist areas we wanted to visit to feel quiet and peaceful, without being too far away. The beds felt a little hard to us, though that's just personal preference. We actually overheard other guests checking out and praising the beds and pillows. This was one of our most comfortable stays, and we'd book it again next time.

The room wasn't large, but it was clean, quiet, comfortable, and worked well for two. The hotel is in a convenient, safer area of the Zhongshan district. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. We especially appreciated Ms. Liu's smiles, whether she was offering complimentary umbrellas on rainy days or welcoming us back warmly after long days of tours. The hotel doesn't offer many amenities or toiletries. Breakfast wasn't a huge spread, but the food was good quality. We'll definitely come back.

The room and bathroom were both modern, clean, and cozy. The staff were super duper friendly. When we asked for restaurant recommendations, one staff member explained everything, saved the locations on our phone map, and even walked us outside to show the way to the MRT and some great restaurants.
