It's close to the MRT and in a great location, but the room photos don't match what the place actually looks like. There's no hotel sign, and it's really an apartment converted into rooms for rent on the building's level 4. Cleanliness was a nightmare, especially the bed sheets and pillows, and there were no bath towels. The receptionist was nice and checked on me before I arrived. Beyond that, don't expect hotel service.

The room was cozy and quiet, with superb interiors, a heated shower, and aircons that worked really well. It's affordable and didn't feel like a rip-off. The only issue I had was towels: they provided just a hand towel. Bus and train stations are within walking distance, and supermarkets, convenience stores, and local restaurants are all within 100 meters. Definitely a 5-star hotel with limitations, and I'd recommend it.

After six weeks in Taiwan, this was the most expensive place we'd stayed, and also the most disappointing. The website photos bore no resemblance to the actual room. The place was run down and filthy, with bits of wall paint hanging from the ceiling. Even the elevator button was so dirty I didn't want to touch it. They provided no shower towels, so we had to dry our faces and feet with the same tiny towel. Coffee, tea, and water had been promised, but none were there. The staff were totally indiscreet, texting personal questions, or often not present at all. Rather than put a TV and broken wardrobe in the room, I think they should clean the place up and lower the price.

It's near a traditional market with lots of food options. Great location, clean, and friendly staff.
