The room had the essentials, and breakfast was nice. But nobody gave us any information about the power outage, so we had to go ask at the hotel next door. For the price, it wasn’t a good experience overall.

The room had what we needed, and the owner was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the location, with the beach and some nice restaurants within walking distance. I really liked my stay here. The electricity wasn’t working all the time, but that seems to happen everywhere in Zanzibar now and then 😁

I found Mwana House to be a peaceful, authentic place with a really human touch. If you want a lovely setting and an easy stay in Nungwi, this is the place. The owner's motto is that you'll enjoy every day here, and I really recommend this B&B.

My brother Dullah was a great host, and the house really felt like home. The beach is only about a five-minute walk away, too.

Abdul was a wonderful host. The place is really nice and close to the beach.
