A great hotel for a quiet stay when you're focused on a business trip. The staff are very kind and always ready to help with your questions. It's an excellent hotel, and I always stay here when I travel to Kyiv.

The hotel and room were clean and warm, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty to choose from. All the staff were kind. Miss Anna was especially helpful whenever we needed anything or had a question. She was so kind and always had a smile for the guests. Thanks so much.

A clean room, good service, and very friendly staff made this a really nice hotel. It was incredibly quiet both inside and outside. For me, it's an ideal place to stay on a business trip.

The main annoyance was the room doors. They have two glass windows, so corridor light comes through all night. The hotel itself is in a beautiful, quiet part of the city, and the staff were friendly and always tried their best, although nobody could speak English. Breakfast was included, but it wasn't particularly good.
