The only bad part was having to leave. I stayed a few days over Christmas with my brother and nieces, and Yvette & Mark were incredible hosts. Nothing was too much trouble, and the rooms were spotless and great, which is my number one priority on holiday. They even provided fresh milk for tea and coffee. Breakfast was fabulous, with everything you could want: proper coffee, juice, yogurt, cereal, toast and every spread imaginable, plus sandwiches and a fry-up cooked to order and served at the table. I even had a poached egg one day to test Mark’s skills, and he did great. The location is perfect, right on the beach and a short walk from the pier and town centre. At Christmas, the lounge and breakfast room were beautifully decorated, and there was Buck’s Fizz at breakfast. Thanks so much for being amazing and putting up with us. I can’t wait to stay again.

The hosts are so nice, and the place has a friendly, welcoming feel. My room was clean and really cosy, with a stunning bathroom. Good value for money.

The sea view and rising sun from the beautiful front dining room made breakfast special. The food was delicious, including full English and more, and the service was attentive. Yvette and Mark were very nice and welcoming. I stayed for three days at the end of August and found the visit very pleasant. My room was small, but clean and cosy. Thank you.

Nothing was too much trouble, and I’d definitely recommend a stay here. We had a gorgeous, spacious room with stunning sea views. Breakfasts were fabulous and cooked to order, with Mark making superb poached eggs. It was the perfect stay.

The full English was delicious, and the stay was fantastic value. Mark and Yvette were helpful right from booking through checkout. I booked at the last minute, and the room turned out bigger than I expected, really comfortable, with a warm, well-equipped bathroom. Thanks to you both.
