The spa was lovely, and although the main restaurant was closed while we were there, we enjoyed using the bar. The evening staff were so friendly, and I felt comfortable even when I went down by myself. We felt very welcome and well looked after throughout. Margarita checked us in and made us feel like the most important people in the hotel. The two gentlemen on concierge were fantastic too. I’m sorry I can’t remember their names, because they deserve a special mention. We enjoyed the social hour. I wish I had an idea for getting guests to mix more, since people seemed to stay in their own groups, but that’s no reflection on the staff, who chatted with us.

My mother-in-law and I had a spa package today, and it was the best spa day I’ve ever had. The pool and salt room were my favourites. I had a back, neck and shoulder massage plus a salt and oil scrub, and it was out of this world. Thanks to my therapist Brooke! Dinner afterwards was amazing too, a delicious two-course meal. Can’t wait to come back ☺️

We had one of our first nights away without the kids recently, and everything about the stay was first class. The staff were amazing, especially Margarita at reception. My only comment is that there weren’t many loungers in the spa. Otherwise, no complaints, and we’ll definitely be back.

The snow room alone is a winner, it was so cool. Staff guided us around and made it easy to settle into the experience, and the massage was perfect, with great pressure. I actually dozed off, which is 10/10 for me. The food afterwards was amazing too: mushroom parfait, medium rare steak and oysters. We came for a spa day all the way from Aberdeen, and it was absolutely worth it. Best spa I’ve been to and our best day in a long time. Can’t wait to come back for any excuse.

Enish down the block took this place from five stars to six for me. It was so nice to have a taste of home just a few steps away. Brian, Kate and Florence, like the city, made my stay worthwhile. They were welcoming, had great attitudes and knew their stuff. I’ll be back. My stay was great and worth what I paid. I wish I’d used the complimentary spa hours more. There were a few loose hairs from someone else, maybe the housekeepers or previous guests, which I hate. On arrival night, the neighbors were having obnoxiously loud sex and I couldn’t sleep. The walls weren’t thin, so this wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but it frustrated me and seemed worth mentioning. I’m all for people having fun, but please be considerate of those around you. P.S. Sorry for the mess in the lobby, guys, it was a total accident. Thanks for taking care of it 😬😬.
