Heeton Concept Hotel - City Centre Liverpool

The customer service was fine, and it felt like a professional, popular place with a good mix of younger people, families and older guests. I paid £91 for two nights and a double bed, so the slightly stained carpet didn’t bother me much. It’s a quick 11-minute walk from Lime Street. The place was clean and simple, with a modern touch. The bathroom was nicely presented but a little cramped. I’m not sure how good the disability access is, though.

We had a large, clean room, and it was lovely and quiet at the end of the hallway. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. The toiletries were nice too. The location made it easy to walk to the city centre and all of Liverpool’s points of interest. Great value for money, and I’d recommend it.

The room was spotless, spacious, bright and fresh, and everything worked. We had tea and coffee in the room, a lovely hot shower and a comfortable night’s sleep. The bed was king size, made from two beds put together, which wasn’t excellent, but it didn’t affect my sleep. We stayed one night in a great spot for the busy city centre, and there was no sound in the room. I was a little sceptical after booking because of mixed reviews about cleanliness and staff. Christina and another staff member whose name I’m sorry I can’t remember met us. We definitely recommend it. Thank you.

The room was very large, the bed comfortable, and the shower great. It’s next door to James Street station, which makes for an excellent location. Of all the budget hotels I’ve tried in Liverpool city centre, this one is easily the best. I’ll definitely stay again.
