Aparthotel Adagio London City East

The room was clean and fairly spacious, and the shower room and towels were as expected. I couldn’t get the window open, but that wasn’t much of a problem for me. They don’t offer daily room cleaning, though there’s a small brush by the kitchen counter. There’s a water dispenser in the lobby for refilling bottles. The room has far more than I expected at this price: a full kitchen with cookware, a proper fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and coffee, plus washing-up supplies. I may have missed a few things, but it was plenty. There’s also an iron, ironing board, and hairdryer. The hotel has eight floors and lifts, so luggage isn’t an issue. At the front desk, staff were very friendly and helpful, and the seating area behind it was comfortable for spending time with friends. The location is handy for buses and tube stations. I was already impressed after my first day of a three-day stay. I didn’t talk much with the other staff, but expect they’d be just as nice. This was my first visit to London, and the hotel made it memorable. I couldn’t find many reviews on hotel-booking sites, perhaps because the place is new, though I’m not sure. I had to rely on Google reviews, so I hope this helps anyone thinking of staying here.

The one-bedroom apartment made very good use of the space and had everything we needed. Check-in was friendly and they gave us all the information for our stay. It was mostly clean, though some crockery and cutlery had been put away dirty by previous residents, and there was dust and hair in the bathroom. Reception and housekeeping sorted those things out eagerly. There were quite a lot of food smells in the apartment, but that’s to be expected with cooking and takeaways. We loved the location and the sensible pet waiver price for London. We’ll use this place again, and the pet policy is brilliant.

We really liked the location: central, but quiet enough to relax after a day out. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and when we had a small problem with the room, they sorted it quickly and in a practical way. It was a very pleasant stay, and we’d gladly return. Special thanks to Tarun.

There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby, and the transport links make getting around London easy. Service was excellent, with Jerin, Lakshay, and Preena especially friendly and helpful, which made the stay feel stress-free. I wasn’t happy with the first room at check-in, but reception handled it really well. They let me see another room, which was much better, and moved me without any hassle. The apartment was comfortable. Cleaning isn’t included as standard and costs extra, which is worth knowing, though it wasn’t a dealbreaker for me. I had a great stay last weekend and would come back and recommend the place.
