The room was really spacious, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. My daughter and I stayed for the weekend to attend an event at the O2 arena. We had dinner in the restaurant on our first night and breakfast on both mornings; there was a great choice. The Underground station was within walking distance, and the O2 was just one stop away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

I felt like a valued guest and HH member, and had a great visit. The room was lovely, and I appreciated the upgrade. The gym has plenty of equipment for a full workout unless you're a total gym bunny, and the sauna and steam room were a big plus. Service was great from arrival through checkout. Breakfast was a solid Hilton offering, including veggie sausages. The Executive Lounge is worth a visit for hot food, canapés, and alcoholic drinks from 1800-2000. It was averagely busy, but if the hotel is full, I'd get there at 1800. Check the sauna and steam room hours, as they close at midday. They're just off the main gym, with changing rooms and a shower. There are lockers, but no keys, so I brought a small bag and left it just outside the steam room. No complaints from me. Great service, a nice lounge, and a steam room treat in central London.

The staff were smart and efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing without having to check with someone else all the time. Having stayed in several four-star hotels in London, I think others could learn from this one. The room was large, clean, and had everything I needed. I also really appreciated the warm welcome note. A very nice experience.

Our Executive Lounge access was a great bonus, giving us a relaxing place with nice food and drinks. Every staff member we met was friendly, professional, and keen to make our anniversary special. We booked a last-minute King Executive Room at the Hilton Canary Wharf to celebrate our 10-year anniversary, and it was perfect from start to finish. The team decorated the room beautifully and surprised us with cake and a chilled bottle of Prosecco. Such an awesome gesture. Thanks to everyone at Hilton Canary Wharf for making us feel so valued and celebrated. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely be back, once we find someone to watch the kids 😅.

Breakfast had a nice mix of pastries and cooked food. My room was clean, everything worked, and it was much more spacious than I expected for London, even in Canary Wharf.
