Breakfast was freshly cooked and tasty, and the dining area stayed tidy with staff clearing tables quickly. My family room was quiet, spotless, and had everything we needed for one night. Check-in and checkout were easy too. I’d happily stay in this area again and strongly recommend it.

We had a good stay. The staff were friendly, and breakfast was relaxed, with a very good full English and plenty of drinks to choose from, included in the price. Our large double room was comfortable and clean, with an ensuite and a good shower. It was quiet at night, and the curtains kept out the morning light. Check-in was simple, and there’s a large free car park.

We came for three nights around the Manchester United women's match. The room was comfortable and clean, breakfast was great, and having the Morrison's within walking distance was really handy. We couldn’t get a Wi-Fi signal in the room at first. Raluca tried hard to get Maintenace to sort it out, then sent us to Taylor at the front desk to change rooms. After that, we could work remotely and enjoy the rest of our stay. I’d come back.

Great value, with spacious, well-equipped rooms and friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast had lots of options, even a pancake machine. I’ll definitely book here again.

The rooms were comfortable, but I ate out after the first night. I tried the special then, and that was enough to sum up the food for me. Service was slow when ordering and waiting for a beer. Breakfast wasn’t much better: the scrambled eggs were practically building material, and the bacon and sausages were greasy. At least the toaster worked, though the coffee was awful. It’s near Leigh Rugby League Club, and the rooms were okay, but I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
