The staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole place was spotless. We only stayed one night in a two-bedroom apartment, but it made a great impression. The lounge was comfortable, the beds were large and lovely to sleep in with good linen, and there were fluffy towels and toiletries. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a well-stocked hot drinks tray. Very happy with our stay.

It was easy to unwind here, with a quiet, convenient location close to local amenities. Our apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. The staff were helpful, friendly and professional, and the place felt well maintained and organised. I’d happily recommend Wellington Apartments and would stay again.

Gavin on reception deserves a special thank you. After I had a disastrous accident with a one litre bottle of sticky coconut gin liqueur, he mopped me up, then did it again. I made it home with my dignity intact, though still smelling a bit of coconut. What a star! The accommodation was great, five minutes from the station and cathedral, and competitively priced.

We’re already thinking about coming back after our birthday weekend. The service was excellent, the apartment was spacious and well equipped, and the price was reasonable. The location was perfect too.

The apartments were comfortable and had everything we needed for our two nights. They’re very well placed for both the train station and Norwich city centre. We’ll definitely come back on our next trip.
