Breakfast was fantastic, and the room had a fabulous view. It was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and had a great shower. When we arrived, someone came out to the car to greet us, and the simple registration form was waiting in the room so we could fill it in whenever suited us. There were homemade scones with clotted cream and jam, plus some lovely teas. I liked the Rhubarb Rooibos enough to order some online already. The location was great, it felt like excellent value, and they'd thought of everything. We'll definitely be back.

David really goes out of his way to make guests feel welcome and looked after. The breakfast was incredible, and the rooms were roomy and comfortable. The guesthouse is in a super convenient spot in Perth. I'd happily stay again and can't recommend it enough.

Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared, and the service throughout our stay was genuinely amazing. The room was lovely, comfortable, and spotless. On arrival we were treated to tasty scones and biscuits with good coffee, a thoughtful touch. David, the owner, was warm and attentive, and it was clear that the details had been considered throughout The Townhouse. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend it. Thanks, David, for making the stay so memorable.

I walked easily from the train station to The Townhouse, about half a mile along a flat road. It's centrally located, with a lovely view of the park. I was there for a wedding, and they steamed my dress at the last minute, with no extra laundry charge. The house and rooms were impeccably clean, and there were plenty of amenities. Breakfast was simple and delicious. The carefully put together space gave me just the Georgian-style English B&B experience I was hoping for, and the property looked just like the photos. The owners' care and hospitality showed throughout. I can't recommend it enough and will absolutely be back. Well done, David & Laurent!

We stayed at The Townhouse for a couple of nights and every part of it was superb: location, accommodation, food, and service, all five stars. David was a welcoming host and was on hand to answer our questions. Homemade jam and scones, along with all the little extras, were the icing on the cake.
