The apartments are well placed for the seafront, and it's about a 30-minute walk into Portsmouth. Breakfast was excellent and worth adding. It's served at the main hotel on Florence Road, less than five minutes away on foot. Our room had the basics and more: tea, coffee, water, a wardrobe, a wall-mounted TV with Freeview, and a decent shower. It was well appointed but a bit small. The bathroom door wouldn't close properly or lock, and the room could've been cleaner. My wife found a used vape under the bed. It was also rather warm, so I imagine summer nights could be uncomfortable. Most of the staff we met were nice, though one or two seemed a bit miserable.

I can't think of a single niggle and we'll be back soon. The room was spotless, the staff were lovely and available around the clock, and the garden restaurant was amazing. Breakfast was spot on, especially the poached eggs. The room was small, but the bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in. What a stay, thank you!

Breakfast was 100 percent, and the shower was fantastic. The bed was very comfortable too. Street permit parking was a challenge, but we managed. It's a nice B&B, though I'm not sure our room had the 'Boutique' feel. There were no shelves in the bathroom, so the shower products had to sit on the windowsill. The people above us were awful on the first night, but much better the next. Their toiletries were very easy to identify!

We stayed for my birthday weekend and had a great time. The room was very large, the whole hotel clean, and breakfast was great. Service was superb from the moment we arrived. The location was great too. I can't fault it and would definitely recommend it.

Breakfast here is highly recommended. We spent our wedding night in a superb, clean room with a lovely bed that wasn't too soft. The bathroom was great too, with a deep bath, a TV, and a double sink so we each had our own tap.
