We’d had a really disappointing experience somewhere else, so trying Ye Olde Bell for lunch turned out to be a great call. We sat in the bar, where the lady and gentleman looking after us were warm, attentive and genuinely welcoming. The Steak, Guinness, and Cheddar Pie was full of flavour and generously filled, and my wife’s Steak Burger was excellent quality and cooked perfectly. Service was prompt, and we felt valued. We’ve found our new regular spot. Highly recommended!

We went for a weekend with friends and all had a great time. The Spa was amazing, and our lovely butler explained what to expect and showed us the different amenities. Coffee and cocktails were brought over to us by the pool. The hotel rooms were comfortable and clean, with all amenities, and the food was fabulous with lots of choice. The staff were so friendly and attentive. The waiter from Kirby was wonderful and funny. We’d definitely recommend it and return.

We felt welcome and comfortable throughout our stay, thanks to every member of staff, who were absolutely amazing. We didn’t use the spa facilities this time, but we’ll definitely try them on our next visit. I’d really recommend this place!

We had a great time at Brian’s 80th birthday lunch yesterday. The service was excellent and the food delicious. Thank you for making a very special birthday such a lovely day. ☺️

The whole place had a lovely, welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were friendly. We spent the afternoon at the Spa and had a treatment. The facilities were good and relaxing, and the pool was great, especially once it got dark and extended outside. Everything was clean. We had a lovely visit and will definitely return. Thank you!
