The hotel was quiet, and the cosy beds made it easy to rest. The staff were kind and always willing to help, and I had a very pleasant stay. The location is convenient for the airport, so it works well for a stopover or a night before or after a flight. There’s no shuttle, but you can get there by taxi or by bus from downtown or the airport, with plenty of service times, even early or late. Since many guests may be travelling internationally because of the airport, plug adaptors would be a helpful addition. The bathtubs also helped a lot with relaxing. I’d definitely recommend this comfortable, peaceful place with great service.

The room was too warm on our first night in February, but I was too lazy to ask reception about the air conditioning. When I asked the next day, they switched it on remotely and the temperature was perfect. The staff were lovely, the room was nice, and there was plenty of parking. Tesco was also just a couple of minutes’ walk away, which was handy. I’ve stayed at quite a few Premier Inns over the years, and this was the best.

I’m back for my second stay in two weeks. The Premier Inn rooms are really nice and well looked after, and there’s a Beefeater Pub right next door for meals and breakfast. Reception staff have been very helpful and focused on customers. It’s a great hotel, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone wanting a 5 star room at an affordable price. Well done to all the staff, thank you.

We were told the towels were missing from the room for some reason, and we had to keep the door closed so the fire alarm wouldn’t go off. The restaurant had run out of eggs at breakfast too, mmmm. Apart from that, it was a pleasant stay, and the location suited us well for the local parkrun.

The location was great, with several places nearby. Staff were very friendly when we arrived. The pub next door fills up fast, which I know isn’t under the hotel staff’s control. If you’re there on business with a meal allowance for that venue, you’d hope they might save some tables for hotel guests. Luckily, we could eat in the bar area this time. The room was nice, the bed was comfortable, and despite being near the airport, you can barely hear the planes. No problems with the stay.
