Premier Inn Stafford North - Hurricane

I’ve stayed at a lot of Premier Inns, and this is one of my favourites. The bed was comfortable, the rooms were clean, and it’s always quiet. Being just off the motorway seems to mean there’s no crowd getting drunk and making a fuss, so you can sleep well. Breakfast is nice. Ask for poached eggs, since they’re made to order, while fried ones can go rubbery under the heat lamps. There’s no restaurant or bar in the hotel, so you need to go next door. It’s a nice pub, though it can get busy, so I’d book a table. A good standard Premier Inn, and I’d recommend it.

Jane made us feel so welcome, and the breakfast was amazing. Will the chef deserves a nod too, and Jordon was a lovely lad. Such lovely people, they make a real difference to a stay.

Paula and Jayne really looked after us at breakfast, and Holly on the Front Desk was fantastic. The whole team here deserves credit for working in what seems like a busy, stressful place. We had a couple of room issues, and the front desk did what they could to fix them. Great location too. You all embody hospitality.

I stay in Premier Inns two or three times a week around the country, and this is easily the best service I’ve had. Jayne, Libby and Paula the chef were friendly and professional, and served a perfectly cooked breakfast. The breakfast team really made the stay special. Fantastic team, and the experience went beyond what I expected.
