I saw bugs all over the room within minutes of getting the key. Cockroaches were running around, and there were bedbugs on the mattress, floor, and chair. Every surface seemed infested and disgusting. I left right away and was lucky to find another safe hotel. The warnings in other reviews about unsafe and unsanitary conditions were unfortunately accurate. Don't stay here. Even my brief time there was horrific.

I woke up with several red, itchy marks on my arms that looked like bedbug or insect bites after staying here. The rooms weren't clean, and the old bedding and furniture felt unwashed and unsafe. The overall cleanliness was very poor, and it seemed management wasn't maintaining proper hygiene. This was a terrible stay and unacceptable for a place charging guests. If you care about your health and comfort, I'd avoid this motel. There are better nearby options where you don't have to worry about waking up with bites. One of the worst lodging experiences I've had.

They gave me a discounted rate, and now I understand why. There were bedbugs everywhere. When I went to the office to complain, the woman said they already knew. Why rent rooms if that's the case? We're never going back, and I hope nobody else goes there either.

I booked because the hotel said it welcomed pets. The bathroom was so grimy and messy it couldn’t be used, the toilet leaked, and both mattresses and the walls had blood splattered on them. When I asked to move, the staff member gave me another room that was disgusting and had bed bugs. She said to call for a refund after I told her neither room was acceptable. It’s been almost two weeks, and they still haven’t refunded me or answered the phone.
