La Quinta Inn & Suites Raleigh Cary

I arrived between 2 and 3 a.m., and the front desk associate was polite and helpful. My room stayed neat, with clean linens each day. The location was convenient to shops and highways, and it felt quiet and safe even though I was traveling alone. I enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend it.

After a long, exhausting flight from Los Angeles, coming back to a quiet, clean, relaxing room was just what I needed. The room was immaculate, well maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. The kind staff made me feel comfortable as soon as I arrived. It made the stay more enjoyable and left me with a great impression.

The exercise center was modern and well cared for. I only missed having a hot tub and business center. The hotel itself was very clean and spacious, with friendly staff and affordable rooms. Breakfast could use more hot choices. The powdered eggs and spongy sausage patties were typical, but the oatmeal and make-your-own waffles were great.

The staff were polite, but my room had several unusable things: the tub didn’t work, the fixtures looked half updated and improperly installed, and there was no water pressure, so I literally couldn’t shower or bathe. The refrigerator also didn’t work, and I couldn’t use the phone to call the desk. I told the desk staff as soon as I realized, but it was the middle of the night, the hotel was full, and they couldn’t do anything. They’re clearly in the middle of a remodel, but this room shouldn’t have been rented before it was ready.
