The carpet was old and smelled of cigarettes, pee, and weed. It left my feet black and sticky, and my dog stank after lying on it. There were pee stains on the bed too. A stranger downstairs started trouble with my husband, and there were drug deals and shouting all night. A creepy stuffed bear with black eyes colored in scared my daughter, so we left. The water was shut off for maybe an hour or two just as I stepped into the shower, making me late for all my appointments. When it came back, turning the cold tap even slightly gave me freezing water, so I had to make the shower scalding just to manage it. Afterward my feet got sticky again walking to get my clothes. A drop of foundation got on the towel, and they charged me so much for it, $25 for a white towel that could just be bleached. I’ll never bring anyone here or talk about this again.

Friends and family told me the area was extremely dangerous and known for drug addicts and other trouble, and once I pulled in I went from casual to extremely alert. The whole neighborhood looked run-down and dirty. I don’t usually stay in places that aren’t pet friendly, but the location put me on edge. The key stuck in the door, though there was apparently a trick to it. Once inside, I smelled urine from a previous guest, which apparently hadn’t been reported. The furniture was cheap and basic, and the mattress was so lumpy I sank into it. I recorded the whole room in case they tried to overcharge or add charges to my account. I stayed about an hour before my friends urged me to leave and even offered to help me pack. The place was poorly advertised. I would not recommend paying to stay in that area.

I love that they have a 10 o’clock curfew. Sandy and Leah were amazing, really friendly, and I have no complaints.

My girlfriend and I never made it to the room, so I can’t comment on its cleanliness. We rang the front desk doorbell about four times, then waited 20-30 minutes to check in before giving up. We had to wander around an unfamiliar town at night looking for another hotel with a vacancy. The area felt shady, with people who seemed to be on drugs wandering outside the rooms. I might have waited longer otherwise. I wanted to warn others to steer clear. If I could give this place zero stars, I would.

I was meant to stay for two days, May 4th to May 5th, but left and found another place with help from a cousin. Don’t trust the pictures, the room was disgusting. The heater didn’t work, so they gave me a space heater that took two and a half hours to warm the room. I left it on all night so I wouldn’t freeze. The bathroom fan sounded like it was about to fall out of the wall. The hot water cut off during my shower, and then I had to fight with the cold tap for about ten minutes because it wouldn’t shut off. The front desk woman was rude and had an attitude. I’m not sure whether I’ll get my deposit back. It’s up to the GM, so I may have to wait until Monday to find out. I’ll never stay there again, it felt way too sketchy. The next-door dog barked far too much, and then someone yelled at me for supposedly talking too loudly while I was on the phone and walking to my car to grab something. I apologized, got what I needed, and went back to my room. I wanted to say something about the dog, but I just wanted to get some sleep.
