As a Texan from the South, I really appreciate the hospitality Mark and Julie show. Mark is the host and Julie is the assistant, and they’re the best Airbnb hosts I’ve worked with. I’ve stayed at all of Mark’s terrific properties. They deserve Host of the Year in Cedar Rapids. Wonderful people, and five stars from me for everything. Check them out on Airbnb or Google.

Staying at this cozy property felt just like being home. Mr. Mark was a blessing to my family and me, always available when we had a need or concern. He helped with snow removal, garbage pickup day, and our request to extend the stay, among other things. I recommend the place to anyone. Thanks, Mr. Mark!

The place was clean when we arrived, parking was easy, and several businesses and restaurants are within walking distance. Mark communicated well and was very hospitable throughout our stay. He made our first Airbnb experience wonderful, and we’d happily recommend him to everyone we know.

We needed a clean, quiet place close to UIHC for a very short stay, and the two-bedroom Iowa City condo worked perfectly. Being able to prepare our own meals made it much better than a hotel. The apartment was spotless and had all the necessary amenities. Mark was kind and very helpful, even with all the last-minute changes caused by the hospital rescheduling. Thank you!

The location was perfect, with lots of bars and restaurants an easy walk away. The place was roomy enough for my wife, me, and our three adult children, with a terrific kitchen, great bathrooms, and comfortable furniture. Keyless entry and the parking lot next door were extra pluses. Mark responded quickly to our questions and was easy to communicate with. I highly recommend both him and the place.
