Roaches were all over the doors in our room, so we didn't put anything down and immediately went back to tell the host. The room looked nothing like the pictures, and though I paid for two beds, they gave us a king bed. The host wouldn't refund me. I think he disconnected the phones because Booking.com said they were calling the location and getting no answer, even though I was standing right there, and they still wouldn't get my accommodation put through so I could get my money back. Before we even reached the room, the place looked neglected: the host seemed unkempt, the floors hadn't been swept, wires were coming out of the walls, and full trash bags sat in the hallway at 10 at night. There were several smells, especially smoke, even though it's supposed to be nonsmoking. The baseboards were rotten. Please don't go here, you'll be disappointed. I've seen plenty of two-star hotels better than this.

Our ground-floor room felt unsafe, so we couldn't stay. The sliding glass door wouldn't lock, and the carpet was soaking wet. The man at the front desk was very accommodating and refunded us quickly.

My family and I could barely sleep because the hallways smelled of cigarette smoke and marijuana, and I'm pretty sure we inhaled a lot of the marijuana smoke. We left before 11am and didn't want to touch the breakfast, which might have been as disgusting as the hotel. Finding the place was hard because it had very little lighting and no clear sign, while the restaurant out front was easy to see. At check-in, our first room smelled moldy and damp and was just nasty. After we asked for another, the second room still smelled strange and had areas that clearly hadn't been cleaned, so we used as little as possible. When I had to leave for an appointment at 4:30am for less than an hour, the front desk person got aggressive and kept insisting checkout was at 11am. I explained I wasn't checking out, I just had to go, and after arguing he finally let me leave, telling me to use a side entrance when I came back instead of the lobby. This was THE WORST hotel experience I've ever had. I regret not checking the reviews first, and I'll be checking every review from now on.

The smell is something you won't forget. The whole hotel is carpeted and it smells like it has never been cleaned. Everything is broken, dirty, or falling apart, there's no real hot water, hair on the floor, no elevator, and dirty sheets. The room reeks of cigarettes, and the stairs smell of gasoline and cigarettes, just horrible. I don't usually leave bad reviews, but this feels like a widespread problem they know about and don't care to fix.
