At least the front desk person was nice, and the location is handy for the airport and several good breweries. But I’d stay somewhere else if you can. The room was awful: it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and other bad odors, the mattress was worn and dingy, and I could hear all the neighbors through the thin walls and doors. There was no fridge or microwave. It was only partly cleaned, with Doritos on the floor and an unmade bed. The curtains wouldn’t close fully, there was no shower curtain or liner, and I had to ask for a towel. No shampoo or soap, either. If you wind up here, maybe a drink at one of the nearby breweries will make it more tolerable.

The staff were friendly and great about requests, which is unusual in my experience with budget hotels. My pitbull was welcome, and there was plenty of space to walk him. The hotel is conveniently close to shops, convenience stores, and the airport. The room floors and bathroom were surprisingly clean. I’d recommend this location to anyone.

I paid for a room a month before my trip, then arrived to find they’d sold out. Nobody notified me. They canceled the booking when I tried to check in, instead of letting me stay. Honestly, that may have been a blessing in disguise because the place looks like you could get bedbugs there. It’s falling apart, the staff are completely unprofessional, and the lobby had pots set out to catch water dripping from the ceiling. Apology accepted, now please refund my money!

We were there for only six hours. The room was disgusting, the hallways were dirty, buckets were catching roof leaks, there were no towels, and some lights didn’t work. We crawled into bed in our clothes, put our shoes on in the morning, and left. The 24-hour airport shuttle, which was the only reason I booked this hotel, wasn’t running because the driver was sick. We had to take Lyft both ways, adding $60 to our costs. I gave one star because Felicia at the front desk approved $30 off the room and gave us water, but that didn’t cover the $60.
