The room was spacious, and the hotel was clean in a nice area. McKayla was super sweet and professional when I chatted with her. The breakfast staff were great too, and the food was pretty fresh with a good sized spread.

McKayla helped me with everything from changing rooms to room service and other hotel amenities. She also helps keep things organized, from cleanliness and breakfast to snacks and special events. The staff and managers were awesome. I really loved staying at the homewood and will come again.

The rooms are roomy even in the studio option, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. I liked that parking was free, and breakfast had good options. I travel often with my dogs, and this place is pet friendly with reasonable accommodations. It’s very walkable for people and pets, with a safe feeling spot to take them out. As a solo traveler, I felt safe here too, which matters a lot to me. The main issue was noise. The rooms barely block sound, and I was awake for hours hearing everything from the floor above. There was also a funky AC smell that went away a while after I checked in. A baseboard and curtain were broken in my room, but they didn’t bother me otherwise. I really liked the location and would probably stay again to see if the noise was just my room or a hotel wide issue. There are several other places in the area if this one isn’t your thing.

David at the front desk was always prompt, genuinely nice, and a pleasure to deal with. I also want to thank Isan shrestha, the breakfast attendant and a new friend. On the mornings he was working, he greeted me with a smile and a little conversation. He works really hard and cares a lot about customer satisfaction. Staff like that made my three weeks here a joy. The suites were very nice, and everything was perfect apart from a smell from the AC unit in my suite. The customer service was outstanding. Thanks, guys. Until next time, charlotte NC.
