I checked out early because of the noise and the room's smell, and the front desk agent showed little concern when I explained why. The room was dank and musty from the moment I walked in, so after unpacking I had to go buy candles and Febreze just to make it bearable. No guest should have to do that. At 7:30 a.m. I was jolted awake by pounding, slamming, and banging from upstairs. That's when it became clear the hotel was in the middle of major renovations, something nobody had told me when I booked or checked in. They put me right under an active work area even though this was extensive construction, not a minor refresh. I chose this place as a Silver Elite member despite having other options, and regret it. The whole stay was far below acceptable standards. If you care about getting rest, being told what's going on, or basic consideration, stay somewhere else.

The rooms looked great after their renovation, and everything felt fresh and well cared for. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We had a great stay and would highly recommend it.

I changed my plans about staying here, and the staff made the change really easy. I did get to see a family member's room, and it was nice, clean, and new.

The room was clean, the hot breakfast was great, and the customer service was great too. We stayed here for visits to the Billy Graham Library and Samaritan's Purse, and the location worked well for both.
