The room was excellent, and the first thing I noticed was how clean it was. Housekeeping deserves credit for the attention to detail. There was also easy access to electricity, which made it seem like management understands the pace of life. The bed was a welcome surprise: the clean sheets covered a mattress that was neither too soft nor too hard, and it made me think about replacing mine at home. The hotel is well placed for the area and easy to reach from Interstate 75.

It was affordable enough, and I didn’t see any bugs. The beds were mostly clean, with just one stray hair, but the floors were rough and needed a good mopping. The toilet flush valve needs replacing. We didn’t try breakfast, so can’t comment on it. Outside, the property looked pretty unpleasant, and the place didn’t look like the pictures online or on Priceline.

I was looking for somewhere cheap to sleep after a very long drive and wasn’t picky about much else. A quick map search showed this place had the lowest price, so I booked it. The staff were polite and friendly, check-in was easy, and the room was decent. The beds were firm, the shower pressure was good, and there’s a diner attached. A decent, cheap place to stay.

The parking spaces are tight, really made for small vehicles. There are rooms for smokers, but they should have a vent or a window that opens. Housekeeping is forced. I understand wanting to keep things clean, but forcing maid service on guests is illegal, according to Tennessee laws about the right to privacy, and could get you sued. The service attendants aren’t very pleasant, the rooms aren’t cleaned well, and cockroaches are crawling around the place.
