InTown Suites Extended Stay Chattanooga TN - Hamilton Place

I've been at in town suites for six months and have had a great experience. The staff are wonderful and it's a great place to stay. There's more than a few good restaurants around, and it's right across from chilis. Check out tai chi bubble tea for a relaxed vibe, great tea, ramen, and poke.

I was disappointed by how management responded to my review. They referred to “rules” instead of addressing the problems I described. My feedback came from firsthand experience and photos, not from misunderstanding policy. Guests who raise legitimate concerns deserve respectful, professional communication. I hope future replies focus on accountability and improvement. At this InTown Suites, extended-stay rooms aren't serviced weekly, despite what the agreement says. Guests wash their own towels, sheets aren't changed, and trash collection is inconsistent. Management doesn't seem to know where staff are or when tasks will be done. The air conditioner had visible buildup, and multiple fixtures and appliances showed rust and mildew. Around 10% of rooms have been renovated, but the rest are in poor condition and shouldn't be rented until they're cleaned and maintained properly. Every room should meet the same standard instead of guests getting neglect and excuses.

We love staying here, and the room is super clean with no bugs. The bathroom is big, and the kitchen is really nice, with a full-size fridge, two burners for cooking, and lots of cabinet space. Sonny was so sweet and let us take a look at the room. We absolutely love it.

I didn't like my stay and left early, letting them keep the money for the remaining days. I won't come back. If feeling safe matters to you, I think you should rent elsewhere. There was heavy prostitution at all hours, and especially on Friday, you could hear fighting. The walls are thin, and this wasn't what I expected. I should have read the reviews first. People smoke throughout the complex, including management right in front of a sign saying “No Smoking Within [X] Feet.” Staff walk past people smoking in no-smoking areas. The room felt dated, and the sheets smelled strongly of smoke when I arrived. I also overheard a group of male staff gossiping about another resident, which felt unprofessional. They never answer the phone, so you have to go to the office. I contacted customer service and still hadn't heard back after more than a week. The service was horrible. There's no way to reply when management or customer service responds to Google reviews.
