My room had no coffee machine, iron or ironing board, fridge, or microwave. Around 11 PM, I went to the desk to use the microwave in the guest area, but the man wouldn’t let me in, saying it was a safety issue. As a guest, I believe I should be allowed to use facilities in a guest area, especially when my room doesn’t have one. I honestly think he refused because I’m Pakistani and he was judging me by my appearance. I’d appreciate it if this were addressed with that worker, though my experience leaves me expecting nothing will happen.

The rooms look modern after being upgraded, and they were clean and really nice. This is a standard hotel in an excellent spot, right off I-75 expressway and near plenty of restaurants and gas stations.

You get what u pay for, I guess, but I don’t think this place knows how to clean rooms. The floors felt like they had some kind of oily film, and nothing looked like it had been touched with a sponge or cleaning solution. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I had a nice stay. The room had the basics and nothing extra, though the coffee machine was broken.

The rooms were really clean, and the guests appreciate how welcoming the manager is. She took over and has done a great job improving the place.
