Ac Hotel St. Louis Chesterfield

We were in town for an event at The Factory, and the location worked well. The facility is top notch and the rooms are really nice, though noise from the road and neighboring rooms was an issue. What put us off most was that the ownership group tried to downgrade our room because we used a certificate instead of paying cash. We’ve never run into that before, and it’s enough to keep us from coming back.

The venue was beautiful and clean, and our guests especially liked the big, welcoming lobby. My husband and I celebrated our 50th wedding Anniversary there in November, and Kelsey Clark and her team did a fantastic job helping us plan it. We met with Kelsey a few times to go over the room and table setup, food, video presentation, and dance area. Everything came together for a wonderful celebration with our friends and family. I can’t thank Kelsey enough for being so accommodating, and I highly recommend AC Hotel in Chesterfield.

Ben at the bar made my morning with a cappuccino and such great energy. He went out of his way to make sure I started the day smiling. The lobby also works well for hanging out or getting some work done, and there are conference rooms with TVs if you want a quieter spot. The staff were kind and very helpful at check-in. It’s a stunning newer hotel in Chesterfield, and easily the nicest AC Marriott I’ve stayed at.

The lobby bar and restaurant had fantastic food at a fair price, and everyone on staff was friendly. I was debating the Ritz, which cost three times as much, but stayed here to be near others in my group and was glad I did. The property is new and well appointed, and my two-night stay was very pleasant. I’d happily recommend it and stay again.
