What stayed with me most was how welcomed and safe I felt. I’ve never felt that way at a motel while traveling. The person running it was warm, kind, and genuinely caring, with an eye for detail that made the hospitality feel personal. The place itself was clean and comfortable, with everything I needed for a good night’s rest. I’ll definitely return for the stay and the wonderful person behind it. I’d give more stars if I could!

The check-in felt special thanks to the sweetest lady. She was thoughtful and genuine, as well as professional and efficient, and her warm smile made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. It’s rare to get that level of hospitality these days. She set the tone for a wonderful stay. Thank you for making us feel so welcome, you’re a true gem!

The price they quoted me over the phone was cheap, but when I arrived they charged me more than twice that amount. I still haven’t received the deposit back, even though I was told I would after checkout. As far as I’m concerned, they’re liars.

Good value, with lovely staff. The room was clean and comfortable, with good heating and AC, a ceiling fan, a firm bed, and a deadbolt. The older light fixtures worked fine, though the Wi-Fi was a bit slow. No pets are allowed, so it was clean and quiet. The hotel sits at the start of the auto mall, so it’s quiet, close to car dealerships, and easy to reach from I-25. If you get a room you don’t like, just ask for another. You can’t expect a five-star room at an older one-star hotel.
