SpringHill Suites Cheyenne

The room was roomy and nice, and the staff interactions were good. Breakfast was simple but tasty, with perfect scrambled eggs. My only issue was interstate noise, which the hotel can't control.

The family suite was clean, comfortable, and spacious, and the hotel itself was beautiful. Have at the front desk was kind and very personable. There was plenty at the complimentary breakfast, including hot choices and pretty much anything you might want. After a 16-hour drive, we were hoping for a hot tub, but it's gone and there's only a small pool now. Still, everything else more than made up for that. We'd recommend it and stay again when passing through.

Lyndsey made the service worth five stars. She checked us in and got us a room on the quieter front side instead of facing I-80. The hotel is conveniently near the I-80 ramps and the charming downtown area. I'd give the room itself three stars. Calling all the rooms suites is a stretch. There's a sofa bed, desk, fridge, and microwave, but they share space with the beds. It isn't really a kitchenette since there's no sink. For drinking water, making coffee, or rinsing something out, you have to use the sink in the bathroom area. The shower pressure is very low, so rinsing off shampoo and soap takes a long time, and there's no clock in the room. Taken together, it averages out to four stars, which isn't bad. I'd recommend it, as long as you know what you're getting for the money.
