Homewood Suites Fresno Airport Clovis

I booked on 11/10/25 for 11/18/25, thinking I'd give them another chance, and they messed up again. I'd spoken with Caleb several times. This morning, a young woman who answered my call said she could see my reservation and the room I'd requested, and told me it would be ready for check-in at 4. I arrived at 3:40, but they'd already given the room to someone else, even though it had been ready at 3. They were overbooked and couldn't accommodate me, so now I have to find somewhere else for the week. I'm here for work, not vacation, and I'd already paid for the room in advance. Sherry Xiong at the desk tried to help, but couldn't.

After a long trip from the East Coast, I found the bathroom door in my ready room locked. I contacted the front desk and waited what felt like forever because I really needed to go. McKenzie, a housekeeper, stopped her work to sort it out. She also cleaned up the stairwell after I reported trash scattered on the steps. She deserves recognition, especially for working on Labor Day. Thanks for all your help. The location itself is great.

The rooms have lots of space, with a full fridge and kitchenette, and there's laundry on site. Breakfast is served every morning, with dinner on Wednesdays too. Clean place and friendly staff.

Check-in and check-out were quick, and my clean room had plenty of room and a king bed. Breakfast was available in the morning, and there was lots of free parking.
