I liked the buffet, especially that it had hot food. The staff were friendly, the room was roomy, the climate control worked well, and the bathroom was clean. The toilet was a bit loud at night, LOL.

We've stayed here multiple times while visiting our grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and the staff have usually been friendly and understanding. This visit was for my grandson's graduation. On Saturday night, I invited him to swim with me. There were already several families enjoying the pool and hot tub, and other guests had visitors too. Later, as we were saying goodbye to him in our room, Kimberly from the front desk called and asked if I'd had guests in the pool. I said yes and apologized when she told me it wasn't allowed. I said it wouldn't happen again, but she told me that wasn't good enough and she'd leave her manager a note so they'd never rent to me again. I was shocked. Kimberly seemed angry and determined to spoil our evening over something small. I even wondered if she called everyone else who had visitors in the pool too, since I wasn't the only one. Her aggressive attitude was almost amusing. Everyone else was friendly and helpful, but Kimberly really needs to find some joy in life.

The rooms were clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable, with awesome staff throughout. The main maintenance man even lent me his phone charger after overhearing that I'd forgotten mine. He deserves a big kudos for going above and beyond and showing great customer service. Thanks again, sir!

The room was great for the price. Breakfast in the morning is pretty basic, but it does the job. They could improve the drain flow on the third floor and replace the linens, since the ones on my bed were stained.
