I liked that they let me bring my two fur babies into my room. The front desk staff were polite and helpful, and I didn't mind the place. I gave it 3 stars because when I asked for extra towels and toilet paper, I had to go to the front desk myself the next day to pick them up.

The rooms cost a little more, but that's passable. What matters most is that it's pet friendly. The hospitality is awesome, and the staff here, Harry & Frank, are amazing.

I was here for a month because of construction work, and it turned into a comfortable home base. The customer service treated me like family the whole time. The renovated bathrooms are nicer than some I've seen in expensive hotels.

The bed was good, but it was dirty underneath. The towels were awful, just two little worn out ones about the size of dish towels. The place was dirty, and the doors were open all night.

It's refreshing to stay somewhere where the basics work reliably. I've stayed at places with broken fancy amenities that just keep frustrating you. Here the staff focus on cleanliness instead of pretending to be something they're not.
