There’s free parking in the covered garage, and the location is very convenient. The room was spacious, clean and well maintained, though the very firm mattress left my back a bit sore. Front desk staff and the people at the lobby Starbucks were friendly. The pool and the surrounding room were kept at comfortable temperatures. My accessible shower worked very well for that purpose, but water runs out onto the floor, so be careful. Housekeeping communication was difficult. One worker brought me someone else's blanket and didn't understand that I hadn't asked for one. Another came almost two hours before checkout to say she needed to clean the room, and I had to switch to Spanish to explain checkout wasn't for two more hours and ask her to come back later.

Plenty of free covered parking, and it's a pretty, quiet spot. Our corner room was large and spotless, with lots of room for two people to work and spread out. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure and temperature.

Dovie was so lovely and helpful that she made our whole experience wonderful. We'll definitely come back to this location because of her. Thanks again, Dovie!

Josh was a huge help during my time in Columbus, really nice and gave me incredible service. The employee in the Starbucks and dining area was great too, and made me some delicious hot chocolate. Thank you.

One of the worst Courtyards I've ever stayed in. The shower pressure was the lowest I've experienced, and there's no parking on-site, so you're left hunting for a spot in nearby garages that are all packed. The internet kept cutting out at a hotel that's supposed to serve business travelers. Save yourself the headache and stay somewhere else.
