Holiday Inn Express Hotels & Suites Columbus-Polaris Parkway by IHG

I’m here for business several times a month, and this is consistently my preferred place to stay. The recent renovations made it feel warmer, more comfortable, and more like a home away from home. The staff are always welcoming, attentive, and dependable. I’d confidently recommend this location for a pleasant, reliable stay.

After a rough trip with flights, TSA, and traffic all putting me in a bad mood, Del greeted me as I walked through the front doors. He seemed to pick up that something was wrong, got me checked in, and suggested places to eat that evening. He was very helpful. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable and a good size for me, and I slept without discomfort or interruptions. Breakfast the next morning was convenient and tasty. I didn’t need much entertainment, just a meal and a good night’s sleep.

Thanks to Jon for helping with an urgent matter. The staff were accommodating and the customer service was great. As of 3/20/26, the lobby was being renovated, but the pool, breakfast, and gym were all open. My room was spotless, sparkling clean, and modern, possibly recently renovated. The hotel is in a good part of town, just off I-71 and near Polaris mall and top restaurants.

Even with construction going on, we loved our stay. The kids came along and everyone had an amazing time. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, the pool was fun, and the rooms were clean and updated. Thanks for a lovely stay!
