I felt dismissed and judged here, and the way staff, especially management, treated me was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. It came across as biased and unwelcoming toward LGBTQ+ guests. The tone used with me was inappropriate, and my concerns weren't handled with basic courtesy. No one should feel uncomfortable or judged in a hotel they're paying to stay at. Hospitality should be respectful and inclusive, and that wasn't my experience. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who expects professionalism and equal treatment. I have video footage of the incident.

The lobby staff were okay and nothing bad to say about them, but the room was horrible. There was no warm water that night or by morning, only freezing cold water. The room smelled damp and had mold, the appliances were dirty, and despite being supposed to be smoke-free, it smelled like cigarettes. The bathroom was really dirty too, with filthy, muddy-looking floors and previous guests' hair on the tub and floor. They also charged us a lot in tax, so we paid way more than the booking showed.

I've stayed several times over a couple of months, and there hasn't been hot water each time. I've complained and ended up heating water in the microwave to use with the ice bucket, so don't use those buckets for ice. Don't book until they show you in the room that the water works. They keep saying a man is coming today or tomorrow to fix it, but that's all lies. The room cleanliness is okay, and the area is okay, but I'm here for work and don't live nearby. I had to bathe at a coworker's house after work because I needed a shower. They haven't offered any discount for the inconvenience. In response to the owner's comment from 10 hours ago: I paid through Priceline and can't get my money back right away. I'm still here, in room 144, checking out in the morning, and there's still no hot water. It's not the room facing McDonald's, and I wasn't told this room had no hot water. Here's another lie in the owner's response. They're sending someone else to test it again in another room. If it's still not working, we'll comment and take it to the media. This is wrong.

I booked two rooms and asked if they could be joint rooms, but they weren't even in the same building. The second one was in a building without hot water, so I asked to cancel it before paying a deposit. I paid a deposit for the other room, then found covers balled up on the bed. It didn't look like they'd cleaned it after the last person checked out, so I assumed the sheets were the same ones too. There was urine and cigarette butts in the toilet, plus a strong “Mary Jane” smell. The front desk attendant kept saying, “I'm sorry, they told me they cleaned the room.” I canceled the room, and she refunded the deposit, but said I needed to contact the third-party site for a full refund. The site told me it had to check with the hotel, then said she denied it. I'll never set foot in this or any other Wyndham location again.
