After I told Expedia I’d take the issue to my credit card company, they issued a refund within the hour. The first room smelled so strongly of urine it gave my wife a migraine. Steph at the front desk switched us to another room without any argument, which we appreciated. The second room was very clean, with a strong bleach smell that was tolerable. The beds were firm and the walls thin, but at this price I could understand that. In the morning, after breakfast, we returned to find a small light brown cockroach at the foot of the bed. With problems in multiple rooms, we decided not to stay the second night. The desk said we had to contact Expedia because we’d booked through them. Expedia said they needed the front desk’s approval for a refund, but couldn’t get anyone to answer. I started a chargeback with my credit card company. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you had no other options.

The room was spotless and had wonderful AC. The staff clearly care about their guests. They were a delight, accommodating, understanding, and polite. I’d highly recommend it.

We came for a concert at Truliant, and the location was great. Concord Mills mall is only about 10 minutes away. Check-in was easy, and the concierge at the front was so nice. She was from our hometown. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the shower pressure was really good.

Stephanie made check-in easy and smooth. She was professional and helpful, answered my questions clearly, and had a great attitude. Her customer service stood out and made my stay better.

The location worked well for going to the track, and the staff we met on arrival were nice. But the room was terrible. The beds were hard and the sheets didn’t look clean. The floors were filthy, the fridge looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months, and the headboards were dusty. Someone else’s hair was on the towels, and soap from the previous guest was still on the shower’s top ledge. Trash pickup came at 11:30 at night and woke us. We could hear everything in the hallway and the rooms above us. I know it was cheap, but I wouldn’t stay here again. I wish I’d read the reviews before booking.
