We love coming here for quick weekend getaways, and the lake views from the spacious, beautiful rooms are a big part of why. The indoor and outdoor pools are huge, and the kids get so excited about the arcade and mini golf. There are tennis courts and other sports facilities as well, so nobody gets bored. Every visit leaves the whole family buzzing with excitement, laughter, and memories. We keep coming back!

We live nearby, own here, and visit often. The lake access is a favorite, especially being able to launch and dock our boat. The pools are consistently clean, and I love sitting with those relaxing lake views. All the staff are friendly and accommodating. During a thunderstorm when the power went out, they still tried to keep everyone entertained. They even held onto my husband's tools after he left them in our room so he could pick them up. It's hard to find such steady helpfulness. I'd love to see more arcade games added, and we miss the little restaurant that used to be here.

I was traveling with my two kids and had told the property ahead of time that we'd arrive late because my son had a game. I booked through booking.com, paid with affirm, and had a confirmed reservation made weeks in advance. They sent check-in instructions, and when we arrived a little after midnight, the security lady led us to our place after we jumped her work car. I was tired and had the kids in the car, but I didn't mind helping. At 2 o'clock pm, affirm texted that I'd been credited over $500. Later, after several blazing hours at a ballgame, our key card failed. My son let me in and told me his Playstation wouldn't connect. When I called member services, Mia said the reservation had been canceled because I hadn't gone to the office at 10 a.m. for a new key card. Nobody had told me I needed to do that. They said we could stay if I came in and paid $500. I'm a single mom and didn't have that kind of cash with me, and we still had three more days in town. It was incredibly stressful. She then asked if I could just rebook through booking.com. I was so upset that I said we'd stay somewhere else. People in customer service should show some compassion. They were very unprofessional and disorganized. For a good place to stay, I recommend booking through Air BnB at Waters Edge, 15 minutes away. A host there got us into one of the homes within an hour, and everything was wonderful.

The staff were amazing about making us comfortable, and once we got moved, the stay was amazing. At first we were put in a cabin, even though RCI showed a presidential villa, which is a huge difference. There was black mold and a cockroach, so they moved us to the room we thought we'd booked in the first place.
