On 4/24/2026, I updated my review after manager Alexus went above and beyond to help with a reservation error from a third-party booking site. The discount site made getting a refund a long process. Alexus followed its requested protocol, prepared the documents I needed, and checked that they were correct so the vendor could fix the error. She could only do what was within her control, but her thoroughness and genuine effort deserve recognition. Thank you again, Alexus, for your incredible help. Colleen was excellent too. She was respectful and professional when I arrived, listened as I explained the reservation issue, and encouraged me to contact the third-party vendor and follow its process. I knew the hotel couldn’t change a reservation made through that vendor, and I was frustrated with the vendor itself. Colleen kept supporting and advising me wherever she could. Many people would just say they couldn’t help and send you on your way, but she didn’t. She helped create a positive impression before I’d even checked in. Having worked in hospitality for many years, I really appreciated her pleasant, professional approach. You have a great manager in Colleen.

We were told an exception to the under-21 rule had been accepted when we called to arrange a summer stay for our 19-year-old, who has an internship here. But when he arrived, the hotel refused him. The front desk said the reservation was canceled, yet we’ve now been charged for the weekend we didn’t stay. Is this really how you run your business?

My room wasn’t too bad, especially since I was really tired. I noticed some things, but they didn’t bother me that much. I know changes are being made, and it could’ve been better. Maybe everything will be transformed by the next time I visit. Thank you.

The outside looks good, but inside the room was disgusting. The refrigerator barely kept anything cold and should have been replaced years ago. There were holes in the floor, bugs, stained sheets and comforter, and the room smelled awful. The door barely locked, and the key card took several tries to open it. The Wi-Fi kept dropping or buffering, so bring your own if you can. My child got sick during our stay. I can’t understand why they’d put anyone in a room like that, not even a dog should stay there. I couldn’t take it anymore and left after the second night, though I’d paid for a week. As I expected, the hotel refused to refund me, saying it was non-refundable. The service was horrible.

The staff are pretty friendly, and the neighborhood is fairly quiet. The hotel is quite close to the toll road, which I think could be an issue for some people.
