My room was neat and clean, and the shower pressure was spot on. Brittney and, I think, Lydia, sorry if I have the spelling wrong, were so nice and welcoming throughout my six-day stay. They let me know when packages arrived and were always smiling and courteous whenever I saw them. I enjoyed my stay!

The internet was my biggest frustration. It was pretty much unusable across the property, which was really disappointing for a Marriott. Our room was comfortable, though a little dated, and the bed was good. Housekeeping cleaned once, but it hardly looked touched afterward: there was hair in the trash that wasn't ours, the carpet hadn't been vacuumed, and an odd smell lingered. A noisy AC unit against the wall by the bed rattled the whole time and made it hard to relax. I'd possibly stay again because it's convenient for downtown and the highway, but the value is mixed. The $150 hold came as a surprise since I hadn't seen it mentioned ahead of time. Parking was also expensive and felt unnecessary, especially with so much space available throughout our stay.

Clean, simple, pleasant rooms with very good blackout curtains. The location is convenient, and at this price I think the value is fair. It would work well for an extended stay.

You can get around downtown on foot from here, and there's no need for a car. We used public transit, which was top tier. The rooms are a little dated, but the location is exactly what you want. Bring walking shoes.

If you're going to an event at Empower Field, the location is ideal, around a 10-15 minute walk away. The property needs work and updating, though. From the south side, the view may be of a convenience store parking lot and dumpster, which isn't much to look at.
