Sleep Inn & Suites Denver International Airport

We've stayed here many times and the staff have always been polite; we've never had a problem before. This time at check-in they asked if we were parking in the lot. Of course we were. Then they told us parking costs an extra $10 on top of the room for the night. The amount isn't the point. We were confused and upset that parking came with an extra fee.

The rooms were clean and updated, but the front desk was all business and offered no hospitality. Parking required filling out a huge form, then they charged $10. The TV was called a Smart TV but wasn't connected to the internet, and the whole downstairs area and elevator smelled like weed.

Charging $10 to leave your vehicle in their lot for a few hours tells me enough about this business. What's next, a fee to use the shower while you're staying here? Customers shouldn't support places that sneak in extra costs. I'm never staying here again.

I used to stay here often, but the staff have only gotten worse. They let go of the one person who knew what they were doing. Now people tell you someone checks the lot for parking tags, but it feels like an excuse to make extra money. Don't bother with the extra ten dollars. The food isn't good either. It's all microwaved, the eggs aren't really eggs, everything has Mexican seasoning on it, and the cereal is stale. They also have black mold growing in the building. I'd go with Hilton instead, which is a much better deal. Tru even has a fancy machine for making your own pancakes. Don't come here, it's not worth your time.
