After driving more than 28 hours from New York, I arrived to find out that the hotel said I had no reservation and no room available. I had booked through Expedia for 01/18/2026 three weeks earlier, and had both an itinerary number and confirmation number. Eight hours before arriving, I called to confirm. The same receptionist assured me everything was fine, gave me my room details, and said they were expecting me. At check-in, that same woman said my confirmation wasn't in their system and all rooms were booked. I'm sure they sold my room because I had reserved it at a good price. It's not fair. Be careful with this hotel, they aren't honest about reservations.

I had booked this place more than 20 times in the last two months, with January 8 being my final stay. Water leaked from the bottom of the bathtub onto the floor, the AC didn't work, and the room smelled like mold with my five-month-old baby there. I raised it with Expedia, which said a refund needed the manager's approval, and called the front desk myself. The woman there said the manager knew about the problem and would call at 10 a.m. By noon he still hadn't appeared, despite her assurance he'd be in at 10. I went downstairs and asked again. The front desk woman was rude and insensitive, and told me to wait when I asked to speak to the manager. I pleaded with her to contact him because of the baby and the mold smell, but she only called after I matched her attitude, even though she could have done it earlier. The manager then got on the phone, promised a refund, and told me to leave the property in a hostile, disrespectful way, despite his staff having been rude to a repeat customer. He never refunded me. I recorded him promising to, and will call my bank. Other guests at the desk told me the staff don't care, are extremely rude, and that the manager is a horrible person. I'll also complain to corporate. I've never been one to leave bad reviews, but this place is garbage and showed no sensitivity to our situation with a baby.

JC welcomed me when I walked in, then helped me check in and get settled. The rest of the staff were polite and friendly too. This is one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed at in Miami. I had an AMAZING time and WILL be back!

We finally got the three rooms we needed at 6 p.m. for the second one and 7 p.m. for the third, after arriving around 1 on New Year's Day with my family of seven. They first said the rooms would be ready by 3, then told us at 2 that one was available and to come back after 3. We went for food, which the hotel staff knew about, and returned at 5 to find the room still wasn't ready. My nephew isn't even two and kept crying, and his parents needed their own room. Seven people in a small room was way too much. We kept asking whether our rooms were ready. Meanwhile, other guests came in, and I heard a woman in the lobby ask a man which room he wanted, like he could choose. Never booking here again!
