Jordyn was the first person I met when I walked in, and she gave me excellent service, taking care of everything I needed. When I needed towels, she brought them, and she was the first to help with ice. She was nothing short of exemplary. Unfortunately, I saw another guest yelling at her in a way I found completely inappropriate and trying to make her feel bad for setting boundaries. She looked genuinely afraid while speaking with him. Nobody should have to go through that. I’m used to staying at Sheraton’s, which Marriott also owns, and chose the residence inn in Dothan while passing through to Florida. I wanted to mention what I saw.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. It was easy to find, so I’ll stop here again when driving through Dothan on Rt 231. I only wish the bathroom door were between the bedroom and the closet and sink, for more privacy while dressing.

Everyone was super friendly, which was really nice, and I’d definitely stay again. The hotel was nice and met our needs. The room was a bit older, the AC was loud, and the TV remote had some issues.

The rooms are large and the location is quiet. The staff were friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was really good. It’s a beautiful hotel, and would be a great choice for a longer stay, not just one night. I’d definitely come back.

Thanks to the staff and locals. Lakisha and Crystal were especially welcoming, approachable, and focused on finding solutions. Tiffany was very helpful over the phone, too.
