The room was roach-infested, and it seemed clear this had been going on well before I arrived. It was unsanitary and unacceptable, and management showed no real care. I raised the issue, but nothing was handled properly. When I asked for a refund, they told me to leave and said they were calling the police because I was causing a problem. I was kicked out and lost my money. I wasn't rude or disrespectful, or behaving the way she did. I felt discriminated against and will take this to corporate. I also had a shocking exchange with property manager Nimah Patel. She yelled at me and spoke in a degrading, dismissive way, like I was a child. I recorded the whole interaction for my records. This place needs serious improvement in staff behavior and cleanliness. I've never had a worse hotel experience, won't return, and strongly advise others to stay elsewhere. Again, don't spend your money here.

I've stayed here before and was planning another two-night visit, but I ended up being charged $78 for a reservation mistake. While booking online, my original date, which was a month later, reset to the date I was making the reservation. It was about 11:55 pm, so I accidentally booked the end of that day. By the time I noticed, I couldn't edit the time or call to cancel. They canceled it at 4 am, even though the room hadn't been held like it normally would be, and still charged me without giving me 24 hours to correct the mistake. When I called, I was treated rudely, put on hold and forgotten about. Contacting corporate led to a loop with no way to reach anyone. Book wisely.

The room was supposed to be non-smoking, but it smelled like smoke so badly that my hair and clothes smelled of it too. The bathroom wasn't nice, and there were black stains around the tub that might have been black mold. One Saturday morning there was no hot water when I wanted to shower. The front desk said the tank couldn't be fixed for two days. I would have gone somewhere else, but they required payment for the whole reservation at check-in, and I didn't want to fight for a refund. I was trying to save money per night, but this stay wasn't acceptable. I don't recommend this motel and won't stay here again.

I had booked one night, but ended up sleeping in my car and U-Haul because the guy never ran my debit card. At least they let me park in the lot so I could get some sleep. I'm never setting foot in another Motel 6.
