The man at the front desk was polite when I arrived and gave me my assigned room. The elevator smelled like pee. When I opened my room, someone else was inside, with the bed messy and clothes everywhere. I went back to the desk and was given another room, but got no apology. The new room smelled of cigarettes and had an unclean couch. Dogs were barking in rooms, and the place felt dark and dirty. As a solo traveler, I didn't feel comfortable staying. If he could give me someone else's room key, it could happen to me too, so I decided to leave.

The staff were nice, and the lobby looked great, but the room was in poor condition and clearly not looked after. My wife and I were meant to stay two nights, but checked out after one because we found two roaches in the room. That's unacceptable. If I could give zero stars, I would.

The room was in poor shape: the fridge froze everything, the shower kept leaking and quickly flooded, the bathroom light switch was falling apart, the door lock was broken, and the light nearest the bed didn't work. We ended up showering at an AirBnB with another person going to our convention. The elevator was busted on the way down, as if someone had punched it overnight. We felt unsafe and had to keep one eye open while we slept. We will NEVER stay there again. Getting into the room was also a problem. I admit it was my fault that my surname was autofilled in the name field, but the man at the desk said it wasn't his problem and kept playing games on his phone instead of helping. Later, the receptionist was sitting in the lobby on his phone again. The whole stay was about as bad as it could get. I don't even feel like this hotel deserves a star.

The room and hotel looked nothing like the pictures. The place was rundown and dirty, and our third floor smelled like weed. Only one elevator worked. In our room, there was underwear hanging on the bathroom door, only two towels for our family of four, and a broken iron. They said getting a replacement would take two hours, and I wasn't waiting. The pullout bed had a huge moldy stain; when we asked for another blanket, they acted like they didn't want to give us one. My parents were in another room, where they killed a roach and found a towel stuffed in the vent. I was told the dog fee was 50.00, as also listed online, but was charged 75.00. I was also told I could extend until 1:00 because I was graduating and wasn't sure when I'd be back, then told 12:00 instead. This was by far the worst hotel we've experienced. It was advertised as nice, but we'll never stay or recommend it. Believe me, if I’d had time, I would have found somewhere else for my family and dogs.
