The Westin Atlanta Gwinnett

We held our wedding here over three days, then came back a year later for our anniversary. The staff have been consistently warm, lovely, and genuinely helpful, and The Westin Atlanta Gwinnett Place holds special memories for us. Guest relations, catering, and the concierge team all went above and beyond to make both visits smooth and special. The rooms are comfortable, amazing, and extremely well maintained. Nearly two years after opening, the hotel still feels fresh and new. It’s also convenient to have Starbucks on site, plus a full bar and a beautiful rooftop bar for evenings. We’d absolutely stay again and recommend it for events or a leisure visit.

Talessa at the front desk made a real difference during my recent stay at The Westin. She was warm, attentive, and knew her stuff when I came up with questions. She even offered to help me find a flat iron before I had to ask twice. That kind of thoughtful service is rare and makes a stay feel much better. Talessa is a real asset to the team, and I hope her hospitality gets recognized. I’ll definitely return, especially because of the great service she gave me.

We’ve already booked three more stays at this hotel this year, and it’s the only place I want to stay in this part of Atlanta. We’ve been here at least five times in the last year, and Farlena and the rest of the staff have always been so helpful. Farlena goes above and beyond. Our rooms have been clean, quiet, roomy, and comfortable, with a very comfy king bed, mini fridge, big shower, hair dryer, and nice shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The full service room service menu covers breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and the meals we’ve ordered arrived hot and tasty for only a $5 delivery fee. Valet is quick and the attendants are lovely. The lobby has water stations for refilling tumblers. We also like the roomy fitness center overlooking the heated indoor pool. The pool area has lounge chairs and towels, and it’s peaceful enough to read. There’s a restaurant, bar, and Starbucks on site, and we could walk to our event at Gas South Arena next door. Several other restaurants, including Chick Fil A and Firehouse, are within a mile.

I’ve stayed here many times, including in mid February 2026, and the service has always been exceptional. The rooftop bar is a nice place to catch up with coworkers over a quick drink.
