The buffet was disappointing: bad, probably instant coffee from a machine, toaster waffles, packaged sweet rolls, sugary cereal, and yogurt. Still, for a one-night stop when all we needed was sleep, the price was okay. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and there were plenty of pillows. The AC worked, and the small fridge had a freezer where we could refreeze ice packs. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, but several things were frustrating. The lamps between the beds and the phone didn't work, so I couldn't call the desk. We had only two towels for four people. Water kept running in the tub and wouldn't turn off fully, and the stains suggested it had been like that a long time.

For only $63, we got a king bed that was incredibly comfortable, with soft sheets that weren't stiff and quiet, soft pillows. The shower was great too, with hot water, strong pressure, and a roomy tub with a textured bottom. The place was very clean and the staff friendly. They advertised a continental breakfast, but there was nothing at all, not even coffee. Apart from that, I was totally satisfied.

After driving more than six hours, they couldn't even find my name when I arrived. We'd selected the non-smoking option, but the first room reeked of cigarettes. We asked to cancel, but they moved us to another room instead. That one smelled like an animal shelter, and I thought someone had kept a cat there. I'm really angry. I paid $80 a day for another hotel and got no refund. I really like this place. Please don't book it. It could make for the worst trip.

Our room was filthy, with stains on the curtains, dresser, sheets, and towels. The staff weren't very friendly, and overall I was unhappy with the place. Before we arrived, the manager had said, “come back, it's better now,” after seeing the earlier reviews. It wasn't better. I won't stay again, and wouldn't spend my time or money here.
