We stayed because nothing else was available through the booking site, but it was a bad experience. The first room had visible mold on the ceiling and smelled strongly of it. They moved us to another room that smelled unpleasant, though not moldy, and we assumed it just needed airing out. At bedtime we found the sheets were dirty and smelled of sweat. Around 11 p.m. we tried to get it sorted out. The third room had the same sweaty-smelling sheets, and the pillows were dirty and sweaty too. Eventually they brought clean sheets and new pillows. We stayed that night, but with a small child, I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place for families. The rooms need renovating and guests need more care, including clean sheets in rooms that are supposed to be empty. It was a terrible hotel experience. Avoid it if you can.

The rooms were clean, and the beds were made neatly when we arrived. We also enjoyed the breakfast, and the pool was clean and pleasant. It felt like a safe, nice place to stay with family, whether you’re on vacation or traveling for another reason. I’d definitely recommend it.

I’m sleeping in my car outside the Quality Inn Easton, MD, because the room smells moldy and I can’t stop coughing. The floor is lifting, and it looks like water damage. The bathroom desk is covered in pot, like someone had a good time in there before we got the room. This is the worst hotel I’ve stayed in for a long time. We came closer to the beach on Friday night to get an early start for the holiday weekend. I wish I’d stayed home, kept the $199, and left early Saturday instead.

My wife and I planned a Saturday getaway on 9/20/2025, but after paying $246.51 we found the room filthy, with stains on the rugs. The whole place, including outside, looked neglected and uncared for. We went downstairs to complain and I asked for my money back, but was told it could take up to 10 days. We left and drove the 2.5 hours home instead. We’re very disappointed, and we won’t stay at a Quality hotel again. One of the worst hotels I’ve experienced.
